Yes. All new employees undergo a thorough induction as well as comprehensive instruction on the requirements of the site they will be responsible for. The induction process includes training in our Quality Assurance, Workplace Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems. All new employees then undergo a training program which enables them to learn and understand the most effective and efficient ways to clean effectively.

Yes, all employees at Branty Cleaners undergo regular ongoing training. We allocate a minimum of 8 training days per year to professional development and upskilling of employees. Recently we arranged for all our employees to undertake the ‘Work Safely in the Construction Industry – white card’ training. The most important training we provide to our employees is work health and safety training which we undertake regularly on topics such as PPE, risk management, and handling hazardous substances.
